Job description:
A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are maintained in a clean and attractive condition. This role entails servicing guest rooms daily according to hotel procedures, stocking the cleaning cart with necessary supplies, and replacing bed linens while replenishing guest room amenities in compliance with company standards and safety/security protocols. Additionally, the Housekeeper may be tasked with performing ‘deep cleaning’ activities within guest rooms alongside preventative maintenance duties.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hotel operations or a related field.

- Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for the housekeeping cart.

- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- Occasionally disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms to conduct deep cleaning.
