Job description:
A Housekeeper plays a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas within the hotel. Responsibilities include daily servicing of guest rooms in compliance with hotel procedures, stocking carts with necessary room supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest amenities, all while adhering to company standards and safety/security guidelines. In certain instances, this position may also involve performing ‘deep cleaning’ activities within guest rooms as part of preventative maintenance efforts.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hotel or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to articulate information and ideas clearly.

Responsibilities:
