Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness and sanitation of the Community’s interior, including residents’ apartments, while delivering services in a courteous and friendly manner.

– Housekeeping Responsibilities
– Maintain the Community’s cleanliness by performing general housekeeping tasks in both common areas and individual resident apartments. Duties encompass vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the main entryway, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident living spaces.
– Responsibilities within resident apartments include cleaning and defrosting refrigerators as needed, checking and cleaning heat system filters, changing bedding and linens, ensuring adequate linen supplies, turning mattresses (with assistance), and emptying waste baskets.
– Conduct deep cleaning of apartments when necessary, with a focus on the main entry area, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
– Launder all linens using laundry facilities provided on-site.
– Adhere to the Company’s sanitation and safety procedures.

– Server Responsibilities
– Warmly greet residents and guests at each table, serving beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart.
– Clearly and courteously review the menu options, take resident orders, and serve meals and desserts.
– Return the cart to the kitchen, assist with the storage of perishable items, and deliver trays to resident rooms as needed.
– Bus and clear dishes from tables post-meals, resetting for the next meal while following proper sanitization protocols for tables and chairs in accordance with Food Service Guidelines.
– Perform additional side work, including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning the coffee maker.
– Execute other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications
– Basic reading, writing, and mathematic skills are essential.
– Effective communication in English with both staff and residents is required.
– General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices is necessary.
– Ability to retain multiple orders (up to four at one time) is crucial.
– Strong organization and time management skills are a must.
– Basic computer skills are expected.
