We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeper to join our dynamic team in Traverse City, MI. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties are immaculate and well-kept, thereby providing our guests with an exceptional experience during their stay. You will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, leveraging your keen attention to detail and strong work ethic to meet and exceed our rigorous standards for cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include:
– Utilizing appropriate cleaning products and procedures to maintain cleanliness of surfaces and items (all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided by Elevated Homes & Hospitality).
– Performing basic housekeeping tasks such as changing sheets, arranging towels, restocking toiletries and amenities, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and resetting rooms after guest check-out.
– Collecting and disposing of trash and debris, as well as ensuring trash cans are in place.
– Reporting and documenting lost and found items, as well as any damages discovered during cleaning.
– Executing detailed deep cleaning tasks as requested by the Property Manager or Housekeeping Lead.
– Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned, recognizing that each day presents new challenges and opportunities.
– Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations, while maintaining a sense of enjoyment in the work.

Qualifications:
– A valid driver’s license.
– Reliable transportation.
– A minimum of one year of cleaning experience is required.
– A proactive and positive attitude.
– Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills, while also being capable of working independently when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:
– Hourly Rate: $24 to $30 per hour, with compensation determined per home. The pay structure can be discussed in detail during the interview process.
