Elevated is seeking a skilled and motivated Housekeeper to join our dynamic team in Traverse City, MI. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for maintaining clean and inviting environments for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are impeccably maintained and spotless, thereby providing our guests with an exceptional experience during their stay. You will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, leveraging your attention to detail and robust work ethic to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize appropriate cleaning products and procedures to maintain cleanliness of surfaces and items (all cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by Elevated Homes & Hospitality).
• Perform essential housekeeping duties, including changing linens, arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies and amenities, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and rearranging rooms post-checkout.
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris, and ensure trash cans are properly placed.
• Report, log, and send all lost and found items.
• Notify management of any damages to the property or linens that may occur during cleaning.
• Carry out detailed deep cleans when requested by the Property Manager or Housekeeping Lead.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, understanding that each day presents unique challenges.
• Be flexible, adaptable, and maintain a positive demeanor while executing your duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of cleaning experience is required.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• A proactive, positive attitude is a must.
• Enjoy working as part of a team while also being comfortable with independent tasks when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:
