Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeper
Company: Candlewood Cincinnati Northeast
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Housekeeper in Mason, OH is on the lower end of the pay scale when compared to industry standards. According to various salary resources, the average hourly wage for housekeepers in Ohio typically ranges from $12 to $22, depending on experience, specific duties, and the type of establishment (residential, commercial, or hotel). While $16 may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced housekeepers or those who expect higher compensation for specialized cleaning services. Overall, while this rate may suffice for some, it could potentially hinder recruitment and retention of qualified workers in the area.
