Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Days Inn Belmont

Location: Belmont, OH

Pay: $11.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.50 for a Housekeeper position in Belmont, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national standards, which generally range from $12 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific duties. In Ohio, average hourly wages for housekeepers tend to hover around $11 to $15 per hour, but this can vary significantly based on factors such as the local cost of living, the type of employment (e.g., private homes vs. commercial settings), and demand for labor. In Belmont, where the cost of living is relatively lower than in major metropolitan areas, this wage may meet basic living expenses but may not be considered highly competitive or attractive for attracting and retaining skilled workers. Therefore, while it aligns with some local expectations, it could benefit from an increase to enhance competitiveness and worker satisfaction.
