Job Title: Housekeeper, EVS, Patient Room Cleaning, Hospital Cleaning

Company: Powerlink

Location: Roseville, MI

Pay: $18.38 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.38 for a Housekeeper role focused on Environmental Services (EVS) in hospital settings in Roseville, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive but may fall below the average for similar positions in the broader healthcare sector and region. As of 2023, the typical hourly wage for hospital housekeepers ranges from approximately $15 to $25, depending on factors like experience, location, and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, the average tends to hover around $15 to $18 per hour, suggesting that while $18.38 is within the range, it may not be fully competitive if considering urban locations or institutions with higher living costs. Overall, while the rate is acceptable, it may benefit from a slight increase to attract and retain qualified staff amidst a competitive labor market.
