Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of our hotel are kept clean, attractive, and in alignment with our high standards. The role involves daily servicing of guest rooms according to established hotel procedures, restocking of room supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing amenities, all while adhering to company safety and security protocols. Additionally, this position may require undertaking ‘deep cleaning’ tasks within guest rooms in conjunction with preventative maintenance responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of conveying information and ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to quickly and accurately evaluate and select among alternative courses of action.

- Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing housekeeping carts with necessary guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.
- Remove all trash and soiled linens from guest rooms.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
- May be required to dismantle furniture or items in guest rooms to facilitate deep cleaning.
- Deep cleaning responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, repairing scratched furniture, or re-hanging sliding doors.
