Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly environment in establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service by providing personalized attention to detail.
• Clean floors by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies; shampoo as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings; clean metal fixtures.
• Manage trash by emptying and cleaning containers, ensuring sanitary disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers; wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make up beds and change linens as required.
• Realign furniture and amenities according to established layouts.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Respond to housekeeping-related issues such as spills and breakages.
• Exhibit teamwork and professionalism towards customers, colleagues, and others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
