Job Summary:
This role involves performing light cleaning tasks to ensure that establishments such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals remain clean and orderly. Specific duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and common areas, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service by providing personalized attention to detail.
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
  • Empty and sanitize trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
  • Wipe down glass surfaces.
  • Make beds and change linens as required.
  • Realign furniture and amenities according to designated arrangements.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Respond to housekeeping issues such as spills or broken glass promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain a professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
