Job Description
Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
Company: Compass Group
Location: Troy, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Housekeeper position in Troy, OH, is generally considered to be on the lower end of industry standards. As of October 2023, the average pay for housekeepers in the Midwest typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific job requirements, and the type of employer (e.g., hotels, private residences, or cleaning services). While this rate may be competitive for entry-level roles or part-time positions, especially in smaller towns, it may not attract experienced candidates or those looking for full-time employment with a living wage. Therefore, offering $15 per hour could potentially lead to challenges in recruitment and retention for the employer.
