Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Montgomery, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)” position in Montgomery, OH, is somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and location. In Ohio, the average hourly wage for housekeepers is around $14 to $18, reflecting similar trends in surrounding areas. While $15 could be considered competitive for entry-level positions or in smaller establishments, it may not attract experienced candidates or those in larger facilities that can offer higher salaries and benefits. Overall, while the rate is in the acceptable range, it might limit the pool of qualified applicants.
