In this role, you will perform light cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in various establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities encompass making beds, replenishing linens, and cleaning rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies, as well as shampoo carpets and upholstery.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean metal fixtures and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
  • Sanitize wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers; wipe down glass surfaces.
  • Make up beds and change linens as needed.
  • Rearrange furniture and amenities per established layouts.
  • Address guest inquiries, respond to housekeeping concerns, and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
