Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Housekeeper position (full-time and part-time) in Kalamazoo, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards and local living costs. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for housekeepers in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on experience, specific job duties, and whether the employer is residential, commercial, or institutional. While $15 may be competitive for entry-level or less demanding roles, it may not attract experienced candidates or align with higher expectations in the market, especially given the rising cost of living and the push for higher wages seen in many industries.
