Position Summary

• Housekeeping: Perform essential cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dust and damp mop floors, sanitize bathrooms, and clean patient room furniture, among other assigned duties.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols by utilizing personal protective equipment and correctly mixing and using cleaning solutions. Proactively report equipment and cleaning product needs and ensure compliance with infection control policies.
• Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and timely completion of cleaning tasks according to established schedules, responding promptly to communication when needed.
• Customer Experience: Exemplify HCSG’s standards by demonstrating courtesy and cooperation with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
• Resident Experience: Engage positively with residents, staff, and facility guests, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions while performing routine tasks.
• Ability to leverage leadership skills post-training to fulfill responsibilities independently and safely.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
