Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies, ensuring a sanitary environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
- Perform any other duties assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, though not required.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Capability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in performing routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
- Comfortable working around cleaning products.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions diligently.
- Residency within the service area is required.
