Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Implement infection control and universal precautions policies to sustain a hygienic environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and remain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to engage in routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Capable of working with cleaning products.
  • Proficient in following both oral and written instructions and performing routine tasks on a daily basis.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
