Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping duties, which encompass cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of all areas.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Implement infection control protocols and universal precaution policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
• Cultivate positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is essential.
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and sustain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended durations.
• Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Comfortable working with cleaning products.
• Proficient in following oral and written instructions, and executing daily repetitive tasks.
• Residency within the service area is required.
