Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Ability to work safely around cleaning products.
• Competence in following oral and written instructions and performing daily repetitive tasks.
• Residency within the service area is required.
