Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure sanitation across all areas.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Execute all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and perform standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Capable of performing routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
• Ability to work with cleaning products is required.
• Must effectively follow both oral and written instructions and complete routine tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.
