Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the proper cleaning and sanitization of all areas in adherence to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Ability to work in proximity to cleaning products.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions efficiently.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
