Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and offices.
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push and pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be able to work safely around cleaning products.
  • Proficient in following both oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
