Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination protocols is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and remain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfort in working around cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and to carry out routine tasks daily.
  • Residency within the service area is a requirement.
