Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to successfully perform daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and remain standing, sitting, bending, or walking for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be able to work with cleaning products safely.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete routine tasks daily.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
