Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to promote a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, though not required.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, as well as push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds; the role also requires standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and perform daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
