Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation in all areas, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Comply with infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and engage in prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
- Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
- Ability to work around cleaning products.
- Competence in following both oral and written instructions.
- Residency within the service area is required.
