Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Implement infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exemplary customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess a positive attitude and effective communication skills to engage with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership while executing daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
  • Capability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Willingness to work around cleaning products.
  • Proficient in following both oral and written instructions while performing daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
