Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be comfortable working around cleaning products.
  • Ability to follow both oral and written instructions and effectively carry out routine tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
