Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring the cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines for effective cleaning and sanitation.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Interact with residents, staff, and guests in a positive manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to achieve daily tasks.
  • Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Ability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds and endure extended periods of standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
  • Capable of performing routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Proficient in following oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
