Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines to maintain proper cleaning and sanitation standards.
  • Document cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Implement infection control measures and universal precautions to uphold a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products.
  • Capable of following both oral and written instructions.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
