Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Implement infection control and universal precaution policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily duties.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is mandatory.
  • Capability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and maintain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be capable of working around cleaning products.
  • Proficient in following oral and written instructions.

Residence within the service area is required.
