Responsibilities:

• Undertake daily housekeeping responsibilities including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Adhere to established cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, administrative staff, and HCSG leadership.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and execute physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Comfortable working with cleaning products.
• Ability to comprehend and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area is required.
