Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and universal precautions to guarantee a sanitary environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting positively with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Ability to work in proximity to cleaning products.
  • Competence in following both oral and written instructions.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
