Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all areas in adherence to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precaution policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
  • Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, although not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude and effective communication skills with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership are essential for performing daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Ability to lift or carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push or pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Must be able to work with cleaning products safely.
  • Proficient in following oral and written instructions and completing routine tasks daily.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
