Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeper
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Suttons Bay, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, the hourly wage of $17 for a Housekeeper in Suttons Bay, MI, is slightly below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience and location. However, considering regional variations and the cost of living in Northern Michigan, this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, particularly in rural areas where wages can be lower. It’s important to factor in benefits and working conditions, as these can enhance the overall compensation package. While $17 is a reasonable starting point, attracting and retaining skilled housekeepers may require adjustments to align more closely with industry standards.
