Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily housekeeping responsibilities, ensuring the cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Adhere to established cleaning and sanitization procedures, following safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Enforce infection control and universal precautions policies to sustain a sanitary environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily responsibilities.
  • Adhere to COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and engage in prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
  • Willingness to work with cleaning products.
  • Competence to follow both oral and written instructions efficiently.
  • Residency within the service area is mandatory.
