Position Summary
- Housekeeping: Responsible for performing housekeeping tasks, including dusting, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and maintaining patient and common areas. Duties include disposal of trash and other related responsibilities as assigned.
- Safety: Follow all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring the correct use of cleaning solutions and protective gear. Report any equipment needs or malfunctions promptly.
- Punctuality: Ensure consistent attendance and prompt arrival, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively through courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
- Resident Experience: Build positive and respectful relationships with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Qualifications
- Display a positive attitude and ability to follow both verbal and written instructions while performing routine tasks.
- After completing the necessary training, demonstrate leadership skills to fulfill responsibilities independently while maintaining safety.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
