Position Summary

  • Housekeeping: Responsible for performing housekeeping tasks, including dusting, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and maintaining patient and common areas. Duties include disposal of trash and other related responsibilities as assigned.
  • Safety: Follow all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring the correct use of cleaning solutions and protective gear. Report any equipment needs or malfunctions promptly.
  • Punctuality: Ensure consistent attendance and prompt arrival, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Customer Experience: Represent HCSG positively through courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and client staff.
  • Resident Experience: Build positive and respectful relationships with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

  • Display a positive attitude and ability to follow both verbal and written instructions while performing routine tasks.
