Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Kessler Estates Senior Living

Location: Lima, OH

Pay: $13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13.50 for a Housekeeper in Lima, OH, is generally below the competitive wage for similar roles in the area and nationwide. According to various sources, including the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average wage for housekeepers and maids tends to range from $15 to $20 per hour, influenced by factors such as experience, specific job duties, and local demand. While Lima may have a lower cost of living compared to larger cities, this rate may not effectively attract and retain workers, especially considering the increasing expectations and responsibilities associated with housekeeping roles. Therefore, the pay does not align well with industry standards and could be seen as undercutting the necessary compensation for the work involved.
