POSITION SUMMARY
The role of a Guest Environment Expert extends beyond simply providing guests with a clean room and freshly made bed; it is about creating an unforgettable and distinctive experience. Our Guest Environment Experts are proficient in a variety of housekeeping tasks and are responsible for upholding the aesthetic and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to navigate their environment and take the initiative to address tasks as needed. Whether fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, or cleaning guest rooms and public spaces, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel’s environment contributes to a superior guest experience.

Regardless of your position, several key factors are essential for success: guaranteeing a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional attire, personal appearance, and communication. Guest Environment Experts will be active throughout their shifts—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods—and will engage in hands-on work, which includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
