Job description:
A Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel are clean, attractive, and aligned with our high standards of service. Responsibilities include daily servicing of guest rooms in accordance with established hotel procedures, stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities while adhering to company standards and safety protocols. This position may also involve executing deep cleaning activities within guest rooms alongside preventative maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with relevant experience in a hotel or related field.
- This role demands a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Candidates must have the capacity to convey information and ideas clearly and evaluate and select among alternative courses of action proficiently.

- Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Disassemble furniture or other items in guest rooms as necessary for deep cleaning purposes.
