Position Overview
As a Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality and timeliness in the cleaning of resort property units. It is essential that you embody the company’s mission statement and values in your daily activities.
Essential Functions
We will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:
– Uphold a high standard of excellence in all cleaning tasks
– Strip units of soiled linens
– Remove trash from units efficiently
– Clean units, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
– Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection
– Follow company procedures for reporting unit maintenance issues
– Identify and report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
– Notify the Supervisor of any missing inventory and supplies
– Perform weekly guest service cleans as directed
– Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storage closets
– Attend all training sessions and apply practical training effectively
– Ensure a safe working environment at all times
– Promptly address and resolve guest complaints
– Maintain a strong sense of urgency to ensure units are turned over on time
Experience and Education Requirements
While previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, it is not required.

– Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
