Essential Functions:

  • Accommodate guest and departmental needs by responding promptly to requests.
  • Prepare guest rooms for cleaning, which includes making beds, dusting, replenishing supplies, cleaning bathrooms and closets, and vacuuming.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of guest rooms.
  • Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, including steam cleaning carpets and conducting spring cleaning.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores.
  • Communicate with the front desk once cleaning tasks are completed.
