Job Description
Job Title: Housekeeper
Company: Ohio Living Breckenridge Village
Location: Willoughby, OH
Pay: $13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly wage of $13 for a Housekeeper in Willoughby, OH, tends to be below the competitive average for this role in the region. According to various industry salary reports and local job postings, housekeeping positions generally range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements. Factors such as the cost of living in Willoughby, which is reflective of broader trends in Ohio, further suggest that $13 may not adequately compensate for the duties expected in such roles, including cleaning, maintenance, and possible guest interaction. Therefore, this rate may limit the appeal to potential employees and could affect retention rates in this position.
