AI Pay Analysis: To determine if the hourly rate for a “Housekeeper Part-Time” role in Grand Rapids, MI, is competitive and aligned with industry standards, we can refer to recent wage data and trends. As of 2023, part-time housekeepers in Grand Rapids typically earn between $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience, specific job responsibilities, and employer. If the offered rate falls within or exceeds this range, it can be considered competitive, especially given the current labor market dynamics, which are often influenced by demand for workers and cost of living adjustments. However, if the rate is significantly below this range, it may not attract sufficient candidates, especially in a tight labor market where workers have greater options.
