Job Description
Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (PART TIME)
Company: Compass Group
Location: East China, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a part-time housekeeper in East China, MI, appears to be slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience and the specific responsibilities involved. In Michigan, the average wage for housekeepers tends to fall in the range of $14 to $18 per hour, with higher rates in urban areas. Therefore, while $16 is competitive and within the general market range for smaller towns, it may not attract experienced candidates in a more competitive job market, especially considering benefits and work conditions that could influence an applicant’s decision.
