We are actively seeking to fill part-time Housekeeper positions immediately. The successful candidates will work at MyMichigan Saginaw, located at 800 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601. Please note that we only accept online applications.
Schedules will be part-time, with varying days and hours. Available shifts include 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. As a member of the TouchPoint team, you will be expected to perform light cleaning duties to uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of various establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Your responsibilities will encompass making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized attention to detail.
– Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
– Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
– Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed.
– Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
– Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
– Empty and sanitize trash containers.
– Maintain cleanliness of wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
– Wipe down glass surfaces and make beds with fresh linens.
– Realign furniture and amenities as per guidelines.
– Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
– Assist in resolving housekeeping issues, such as spills or breakages.
– Collaborate with team members and display a professional demeanor toward customers and colleagues.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
