We are currently seeking to fill part-time Housekeeper positions, with immediate openings available.

The position is based at MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw, located at 800 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601. Please note that we only accept online applications.

Job Summary:
The Housekeeper will perform light cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and order within establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities encompass making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through meticulous attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as necessary.
• Rearrange furniture and amenities according to standard layouts.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Address housekeeping issues, such as spills and damaged glassware.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, exhibiting professionalism towards customers and colleagues.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
