We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for immediate part-time Housekeeper positions at MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw, located at 800 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601. Please note that applications can only be submitted online.

Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing light cleaning duties to ensure that facilities—including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals—are maintained in a clean and orderly manner. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Deliver quality customer service by providing personalized attention to detail.
– Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
– Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
– Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
– Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
– Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
– Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste in a sanitary manner.
– Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
– Wipe down glass surfaces.
– Make up beds and change linens as required.
– Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layouts.
– Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
– Address housekeeping-related issues, including spills and broken items.
– Contribute to team efforts by demonstrating professionalism with customers and colleagues.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
