As a Housekeeper, you will perform essential light cleaning duties to uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of various establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service with keen attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings to a high standard.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers.
• Maintain cleanliness of wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces for clarity.
• Make up beds and change linens as required.
• Reorganize furniture and amenities according to set layouts.
• Address guest inquiries and respond to requests promptly.
• Manage housekeeping issues, including spills and broken items.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and maintain professionalism.
