Job Summary:
As a Housekeeper, you will perform light cleaning duties to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in establishments including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Your responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and hallways, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized attention.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste properly.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as necessary.
• Arrange furniture and amenities according to established layouts.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Respond efficiently to housekeeping issues, such as spills or broken items.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
